ACCEPTANCE:

The customer shall inspect the goods immediately, upon their arrival and shall within 10 days of their arrival, give written notice Tennis and Golf Bags of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of the contract. If customer shall fail to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed to conform to the terms of the purchase and customer shall be deemed to accept and bound to pay for the goods in accordance with terms in the purchase. The customer expressly waives any rights the customer may have to revoke acceptance after such 10 day period.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment is required at point of sale. Goods will not be despatched until credit card has been verified and cleared funds. All Online transactions are processed using a secure server. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery credit cards.

SHIPPING METHOD: UPS is our Common Carrier, Tennis and Golf Bags reserves the right to determine the best shipping method available. All cost of transportation shall be borne by the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer.

RETURN POLICY

1. There will be NO RESTOCKING fees for merchandise returned within 10 days of receipt.
2. Only merchandise that is unused and in resalable condition will be accepted.
3. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
4. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
5. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
6. Merchandise returned after 10 days of receipt and before 30 days of receipt will be accepted for store credit. You will be issued a gift certificate valid towards your next purchase.
7. Credit will be issued as follows:
   a. Merchandise less than 30 days old will be issued 100% credit, less 25% restocking charge.
   b. Merchandise older than 30 days and custom orders are not returnable for credit.
   c. No cash refunds will be given.

10. TENNIS AND GOLF BAGS reserves the right to modify the fabric used for whatever reason and to cancel any orders at anytime in the event fabric is unavailable or for any other reason.
11. Prices do not include sales, use, excise, value added or similar taxes and, where applicable, such taxes shall be a separate item and paid by purchaser.

USED OR DAMAGED BAGS WILL NOT BE ACCECPTED FOR RETURN.  PLEASE BE CERTAIN THAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE RIGHT BAG FOR YOUR NEEDS.

WORN FOOTWEAR WILL NOT BE ACCECPTED. TRY THE SHOES ON AND WALK IN A CARPETED AREA AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE COMFORTABLE. IF THEY ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WHEN YOU FIRST PUT THEM ON THEY NEVER WILL BE.

IF YOU ARE NOT PLEASED WITH OUR PRODUCT, PLEASE RETURN IT WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.

CANCELING AN ORDER:
Freight charges will be assessed if an order in transit is canceled or refused.

CONTESTING A CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL:
Contesting a charge to your credit card company or issuing bank may result in a $25.00 service charge. Please send an email to INFO@TENNISANDGOLFBAGS.COM with any billing questions.

WARRANTY:
All merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturers defects for 30 days, from date of receipt.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

1. Please email us to obtain return instructions for any merchandise thought to be defective.
2. Merchandise will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired or returned in a timely manner.
3. Remember to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
